E.T MENSAH PASSES ON.
Enoch Teye Mensah popularly known as ET Mensah, a former member of Council of State and member of parliament for the Ningo-Prampram constituency, has passed away at the age of 77.
Enoch Teye Mensah (born on May 17, 1946) served as Ghana's Minister of Education and a Member of Parliament from January 1997 to January 2017.

At the beginning of the Fourth Republic, he was appointed Minister for Youth and Sports by President Jerry Rawlings. 
Mensah held that position through both terms of the Rawlings government. 
He's the longest serving sports minister in Ghana.
He was a married father of seven children.
Ghana politics suffers great loss!


According multiple reports he died last night in South Africa following a long struggle with illness.

The Former Ningo-Prampram MP, Enoch Teye Mensah, has died at the age of 77.
